Our weekly Krav Maga classes (mixed)

Stay fit, stay safe, have fun! - Krav Maga is a self-defence system based on instinctive reactions and natural movements. It is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender, and level of fitness. No martial arts experience necessary.

The training gives you a full body workout, while you’re having fun and learning effective, no-nonsense techniques that are made for real life. We teach you how to get yourself out of a dangerous situation in the most efficient and safest way possible. You will learn Krav Maga techniques through different types of drills, some that will develop strength or coordination, some that are more technical, and some that will really get your heart rate going. So you develop better body control, gain functional strength, and improve endurance.

Krav Maga training is also a great way to release stress, and students of Krav Maga find that they become more confident and more mentally and emotionally resilient through their Krav Maga training.

We run intro courses for beginners every 2-3 months, where you get an introduction to the foundations of self defence, based on the practical and comprehensive system Krav Maga.

You can also come along at the Wednesday Women's classes which are drop-in and always open to new beginners.
