Krav Maga classes for Teens

12 to 16 years old

Come and see why so many people are hooked on krav maga!

Children and teenagers are often more likely to experience physical attacks and verbal confrontations. Teenagers live in a middle stage between childhood and adulthood, where they start to face more challenges by themselves with less adult support. Therefore, practical self-defense training will help them deal with situations that they may run into in their everyday lives.

Common situations that we practice how to deal with include slaps, punches, kicks, shirt grabbing, neck grabbing, and being thrown to the ground.

We also train on how to stand up to bullies, avoiding fights and solving conflicts verbally, as well as getting away, and what to do after getting away.

You will learn...

  • Practical and effective self-defence techniques
  • How to avoid, prevent, and talk your way out of a situation.
  • Krav maga mindset - build confidence knowing that you can take care of yourself and others.
  • Improve your fitness - every class is a workout.

Our aim is to help youths be happy, healthy, and prepared for life's challenges.

Stay safe - Keep fit - Have Fun!

We are dedicated to helping your child succeed on his or her own terms, and gradually become more confident and self-assured. In krav maga you have the advantage of being part of a group, but being able to progress individually. We believe that this makes a good foundation for children to experience mastery and success in their activities, and through that, build real and lasting confidence.
